Connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Xero Accounting.
The Microsoft Dynamics range of business tools includes many applications that help organizations communicate with, and manage the relationships with their customers and stakeholders. These are referred to as ‘Customer Engagement (CRM) Applications’ and include Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service and Customer Insights.
Microsoft Dynamics also include a range of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Applications. These applications integrate directly with the Customer Engagement (CRM) Applications which results in a highly integrated Business Solution.
Although most organisations need functionality of the Dynamics Customer Engagement (CRM) Applications, not all organisations need the complexity and cost of the Dynamics Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Applications.
